Giving Opportunities

Poland: The Evangelical Church of the Augsburg Confession in Poland reports a baptized membership of more than 80,000 in 300 congregations and preaching stations. Its Sunday school program has more than 4,000 students enrolled. Annual youth gatherings are held each summer in Dziegielow, attracting more than 3,000.

European Volunteer Support
Your gift provides the resources to help volunteer missionaries in Europe with such events as retreats, visits and guest visitors. You will help reach about 2,000 youth and 200 national staff with the Gospel. Volunteer missionaries, working as EFL teachers in select Lutheran Schools as well in certain congregations, provide a strong Christian witness to the youth in the region.

Poland Ablaze! Youth Training
Your gift allows the Center for Mission and Evangelism in Poland to train future Christian leaders in counseling and leadership. These key laypeople will later serve in Polish congregations. By helping to fund this project, you will support the training of several dozen leaders who will then be equipped to share Christ in their churches and local communities. Support this project by making your gift today!

Poland Bartel Support
Terri Bartel serves through LCMS World Mission as a long-term missionary in Dziegielow, Poland, at the newly opened language school, where she teaches English, Spanish, and Bible classes. The language school operates through the Center for Missions and Evangelism in Dziegielow. Through these activities, Terri seeks to build relationships with her students and the people of Dziegielow so that she can share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with them.

Poland Bible Bus Evangelism
Your support will help the Bibliobus travel throughout Poland so that its workers can give presentations in Polish high schools. These presentations introduce God’s Word as living and relevant, and Polish youth are then challenged to read it. You can make a difference in post-communist Poland by supporting the Bible Bus Evangelism project. Poland’s youth, who are finally living in political freedom, can also know the ultimate freedom of saving faith in Christ. Support this project by making your gift today!

Poland New Mission Starts
God has opened doors in Walbrzych, a town in southern Poland, for three outreach workers to share the Gospel and work towards planting churches there. Support this ministry so that these workers can continue to share the Good News about Jesus with Polish people and help establish sustainable congregations of believers in Walbrzych by making your gift today.
