Ethiopia: The growth of the East African church has been explosive in recent years. A great need exists to train indigenous leaders for the large numbers of people who are newly baptized and to reach many more villages that have asked for the Gospel. This and church planting are the main thrust of LCMS work in East Africa.

Your gift will help congregations complete their chapels with more durable and long lasting roofs for an all-season worship place. Your gift will supply the roofing materials and the local congregation will supply materials for the walls and labor for construction of the walls and roof. Your gift shows your concern for new younger congregations and helps spark a lot of excitement in new believers.
