Black Ministry: The mission of the Board for Black Ministry Services is to garner the material and spiritual resources of the LCMS for Black Ministry, so that members are nourished in the faith, new people are reached with the Gospel and the 50,000 Black Lutherans are increased to 100,000 early in the New Century.

Help the Children Come Scholarship Fund
Many children that live within 10 blocks of most schools in Black Ministry are unchurched and can not afford to attend the school. When a donation is made you are helping children to learn the teachings of Christ. The value of a Christian Education through a Lutheran School is immeasurable. Lutheran Schools are ideal for the recruitment of future Professional Church Workers. We must remember what God has commanded us to do in Matt. 19:14: Let the Children Come and do not hinder them for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these. Give Now!

Lifting the Vision
The times in which we live cry out for God's people to come forth as His instruments for the temporal and eternal well-being of people. Led by the Holy Spirit, we must step forward boldly and confidently to plan, coordinate and expand the work of African Americans within The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod.
